A truly integrated thinker, Melissa brings nearly two decades of strategy experience in Brand, Experience and Content marketing. Across agency and client-side roles, she has touched a wide array of categories and brands, including Target, Dairy Queen, Hanes Brands, Red Wing Shoes, Syngenta, Land O’Lakes, Purina, Instinct Pet Food, Kubota, Edward Jones and Mobil 1. At Martin Williams, she and her team partner closely with integrated partners and play a crucial role in enabling our audience-based approach — from the earliest stages of Discovery, all the way through to how learnings are turned into actionable insights and implications. Yet the common thread throughout her own ‘journey’ has been her innate curiosity about what motivates us as humans, and genuine enthusiasm for cultivating more meaningful relationships between people and brands.
