Tess has been writing and creating award-winning work in the ad world for more than 15 years. She currently leads creative for the General Mills business at Martin Williams, both writing and overseeing work for Cheerios, Nature Valley, Gushers, Pillsbury, Yoplait and more. The work ranges from brand campaigns to targeted digital content. Prior to focusing on General Mills brands, Tess spent 7 years at BBDO Minneapolis working on campaigns, social and digital for Jennie-O Turkey, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Andersen Windows. She’s known for keeping a keen eye on strategy and doesn’t bring a big ego to the table.
