Martin Williams, along with Omnicom Group, understands that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are critical to ensuring that how we work positively impacts our clients, our clients’ customers, and the agency itself. Omnicom’s OPEN 2.0 (Omnicom People Engagement Network) has been working towards that end for more than a decade. In addition, Martin Williams is part of the Omnicom Advertising Collective Alliance Ring, where we partner with other Omnicom agencies to amplify internal DE&I goals and resources through training, education, mentoring and resource groups for all employees.

As one part of the Martin Williams’ legacy of community volunteering and giving, we’ve been supporting youth and diversity in creative careers through The BrandLab since its inception in 2014. We’ve worked hand in hand with The BrandLab to introduce, prepare, and guide students with diverse backgrounds for careers in the creative field.
