With 20 years of experience, Shannon is passionate about motivating and connecting teams. Her role extends beyond leading client relationships into the oversight of the content creation process. She blends production knowledge, creative operations expertise, and project management skills to arrive at the best approach for each project. She is experienced at leading multi-agency efforts and developing the tools and processes to keep them running effectively. Shannon started her career in New York, spending time at Siegel+Gale, Interbrand and DeSantis Breindel. While in NYC, she led brand activation and implementation programs for Verizon, Cricket Wireless, TIAA and more. She currently oversees a portfolio of 40+ General Mills brands, Web3/Metaverse initiatives for Warner Music Group and co-leads new business at Martin Williams. Shannon completed the Omnicom University AMP Program in the fall of 2022. Outside of work Shannon enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband and two stepdaughters (ages 10 and 14) and is currently trying to bake her way through a stack of Milk Bar cookbooks.
